A spirited second-half comeback on a early fall morning fell just short as a brace from Nettie Rattray sandwiched a howizter from Ava Nwaochei, pulling Big Red back from a 4-1 deficit to 4-3 with ten minutes remaining. Despite generating numerous chances, the contest ended 5-3. Nora Stahl was indomitable in the center of the park, Bebe Reed and Delia Reyes bossed the flanks, and Bella Bueno pulled off numerous big saves in goal. |

ball from Charlotte Dassori in the net in the first half, then converted a
cross following dogged work from Bebe Reed and Eveland Sherman to add to her
tally in the second. The Ava to Ava connection, Helbig to Nwaochei, completed

backstopped a dynamic Big Red offense to a 3-1 win over Pingree on a chilly
October afternoon. A Sophia Butler header got the scoring started in the first
half before a Bebe Reed brace either side of halftime carried Exeter to
victory. Charlotte Dassori continued her string of strong performances - and
because rock-solid defending was not enough, chipped in two assists for good
measure. Meghan Tate "Cookie" Zee and Eveland Sherman put in tireless

Girls JV Soccer with a thrilling come from
behind win against NMH. Ava Nwoche secured the equalizer off of a rebound
midway through the second half. Kayla Villanueva De Raeve netted the go ahead
goal minutes later after a powerful corner kick by Charlotte Dassori. In the
closing minutes of the game, Dassori fired a cannon from the midfield which
beat the NMH goalkeeper to secure Exeter the 3-1 win. |

By the time the sun shone through the clouds on
a crisp fall day, a red hot Big Red scored early and often earning a 7-0
win against a game Kimball Union squad. Bella Bueno and Izzy Smith each
backstopped a shutout half of soccer and scored on the other end. Charlotte
Dassori scored a minute into the game and Bebe Reed added a second shortly
thereafter. Dassori's second, the aforementioned goals by Smith and
Bueno, and first tallies of the season from Delia Reyes and Lauren Lee
rounded out the scoring. Sophia Butler and Eveland Sherman's positional
versatility, Megan Tate Zee's pinpoint crossing, and Kayla Villanueva de Raev's
direct running also highlighted a complete team effort. |

In a game dominated by two Bellas, an Ava Helbig
one-two combination with Sophia Butler set up Bella Peters, whose perfectly
placed and weighted shot left the goalie rooted to the line, tickling the twine
for her first Exeter goal. This proved enough, as Big Red dominated possession
and created a host of chances, but settled for a 1-0 win against a tough St.
Paul's squad. Bella Bueno earned the shutout in goal behind a resolute
Charlotte Dassori and Siena Saavedra Bagdonas, while Delia Reyes and Mathilde
Senter demonstrated tireless energy as they covered every in of the

Another successful Big Red season ended with a
hard-fought 2-0 defeat to a tough Andover squad. Bella "Brick Wall"
Bueno was yet again immense in goal, making a number of key saves. Senior Delia
"Energizer Bunny" Reyes once more covered every blade of grass on a
cold Massachusetts afternoon, Megan Tate "Cookie" Zee played a
tenacious game in midfield, and Charlotte "the Rock" Dassori put in a
strong shift at center back. |
