Billing and Payments

Phillips Exeter Academy has partnered with Blackbaud to provide a convenient online bill payment system.

Blackbaud Tuition Management enables you to:

  • Review account history, transaction details, and save/print monthly invoices
  • Edit your contact information, password and payment method
  • Make payments via credit card, bank account (ACH) or international wire (Flywire)
  • Set up recurring automatic payments from your bank account or credit card
  • Receive automatic reminders to help families stay current on payments

IMPORTANT DATES

Mid-March: Parents of returning students receive re-enrollment email notification
Mid-April: Enrollment contract and deposit due (due date will be 30 days from the date the contract is issued)
May 20: First installment due - ten-month payment plan
July 20: First installment due - two payment plan
July 20: Full payment of tuition and fees due 
November 20:  Second installment due - two payment plan
Regular Session

Regular Session 2024-2025: parents and guardians can access Blackbaud Tuition Management through the Parent Resources Menu in Blackbaud Enrollment Management.

Regular Session 2023-2024: payments for tuition, lioncard and other campus charges related to the 23/24 academic year should continue to be paid through TouchNet which can be accessed via the existing Parent Portal.

Exeter Summer

Exeter Summer parents and guardians can access our online bill payment system by entering their login credentials (student's ID and PIN) in the Students and Staff section in TouchNet.
