The Lamont Gallery, located in the Frederick R. Mayer Art Center, is a dynamic exhibition and teaching space that celebrates the arts through showcasing the work of regional, national and international artists in innovative thematic exhibitions. Classes from Phillips Exeter Academy, groups from other schools and organizations, and visitors of all ages are welcome to experience and learn about the arts in a welcoming setting. Informed by the Harkness teaching philosophy, our emphasis in the Lamont Gallery is on inquiry, active engagement and dialogue. Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism informs all aspects of our work.
Lamont Gallery Visitor Policy:
We are excited to welcome you to the Lamont Gallery! Current Exeter students and employees may visit the gallery anytime during our normal business hours.
We require public visitors to make timed reservations at this time. To make a reservation please complete this RESERVATION FORM.

Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 10am-4pm
The Lamont Gallery is free and open to the public but RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for all public guests.
