Educator and activist honored with John and Elizabeth Phillips Award

Wick Sloane ’71 has dedicated his career to improving opportunities for low-income students and veterans in higher education. Through his writing and advocacy, he has brought national attention to issues such as homelessness, hunger, and access to education.

On October 24, Sloane returned to campus to speak at an all-school assembly and joined class discussions.

Exeter announces the naming of our new dining center: The Hahn Center

Wednesday, October 22, Exeter formally announced the naming of the Academy’s newest dining center: The Hahn Center. Designed as a space to foster togetherness, The Hahn Center will support dining in community, gatherings for school-wide celebrations, and meetings for teams, clubs and classes.

The Exeter community is grateful for the opportunity to come together to dine, learn, and build lifelong connections throughout The Hahn Center.
