Biography

Sally was first a teaching fellow and then a history instructor at Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts, where she also taught courses on diversity and social justice.

She was an elected member of the school’s Admissions Committee, which she chaired during the 2016-17 school year. Ms. Komarek was a member of the school’s Risk Committee and served on a task force for educational innovation.

She co-led groups of students on study abroad trips to India and China and served as assistant coach for girls’ varsity ice hockey, varsity lacrosse and JV soccer.
