Training teachers around the world.
Phillips Exeter Academy features nine professional development institutes that attract teachers from a broad spectrum of schools, including private, parochial and public schools in the U.S. and abroad. Programs offer teachers the opportunity to fully engage with Exeter’s established Harkness approach to teaching and learning.
The Exeter for Educators conferences provide teachers with a five-day, intensive workshop that focuses on a variety of subjects, including math, science, technology, writing, environmental literature, humanities and diversity. These conferences provide educators 40 clock hours toward professional development and are primarily hosted on Exeter’s campus each summer.
Registration for the Exeter for Educators conferences opens on November 15, 2025.
