General Financial Assistance

Phillips Exeter Academy provides a limited amount of financial assistance for educators from secondary schools with limited or no professional development funding.

Eligibility: Participants from all conferences are invited to apply. All teaching certifications and credentials must be current. Online applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

For participants in the Anja S. Greer Conference on Mathematics and Technology

Timothy B. Gutmann Scholarship

The Gutmann scholarship provides four full conference scholarships, reserved for two teachers from two schools. The scholarships are available only for participation in the Anja S. Greer Conference on Mathematics and Technology.

Eligibility: First time attendees only. All teaching certifications and credentials must be current. Complete an online application by April 1, 2023; awards are decided on a rolling basis. Consideration for funding will be based on eligibility and merit of application.

For conference participants from Poughkeepsie, New York

Poughkeepsie Scholarship

This full scholarship is for two secondary school educators from Poughkeepsie, New York, to attend any conference.

Eligibility: Must teach in Poughkeepsie, New York. All teaching certifications and credentials must be current. For all inquiries, please contact Lauren Rosen, conference manager, by April 1, 2023; awards are decided on a rolling basis. Consideration for funding will be based on eligibility and merit of application.
