Microsoft Office
The Microsoft Office productivity suite is available at no cost to students and employees for their use while at Exeter, this includes OneDrive for cloud storage. Go to https://www.microsoft365.com/ and log in with your Exeter username and password. If prompted, select Work or School account. On the Welcome to Microsoft 365 page, click on the Install and more link to the right of the page.
Adobe Creative Cloud
All students have access to Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) applications that are licensed to Phillips Exeter Academy. An email to register for ACC is sent to new students in August prior to the start of school.
Dropbox – To be Retired October 2025 – Moving to Google Workspace in October
Returning students who already have a Dropbox account can continue to use Dropbox until we move to Google Workspace. News students will get a Google Workspace account at the same time as the rest of the community. For more information and the latest update visit the Google Workspace Project Site on Exeter Connect.
Note: Upon graduation or withdrawal from Phillips Exeter Academy access to all resources including Microsoft Office Suite (including email and OneDrive), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Dropbox will be removed. Graduating seniors will lose access to their accounts on June 30th of the year they graduate.
