Save the date: Exeter Family Weekend 2025

Exeter Family Weekend is a time for you to join your student on campus to learn more about the Exeter experience, connect with other families, attend classes, and hear from faculty and staff. Campus programming will be offered starting at 9AM on Friday, October 10 through noon on Saturday, October 11, followed by athletics.

It’s a long weekend for students; there is no Family Weekend programming on Sunday, October 12 and no classes or required appointments on Monday, October 13. You’re encouraged to enjoy the long weekend with your student, though a pass is required through the Orah platform. More information on the Orah pass can be found on myExeter.

This year we are using our Phillips Exeter Events mobile app to share the full program and all Family Weekend information. The app will allow you to find helpful information for navigating campus, build your personalized schedule, and receive key updates throughout the weekend!

Registration for Family Weekend 2025 will be available at a later date. All attendees are required to register and note their relationship to your PEA student.

Weekend Highlights

Hear an Academy update from Principal Bill Rawson ’71, P’08
Meet with your child’s adviser. Appointments are required. To book an appointment, find your child’s adviser contact information on myExeter.
Attend information sessions and open houses with College Counseling, Global Initiatives, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) and more.
Attend classes and see Harkness learning in action!
Visit open rehearsals for dance, theater and music groups.
Cheer on Big Red during Saturday afternoon’s athletic competitions.
Enjoy a New England weekend with your student. Passes are required through the Orah platform that can be found on myExeter.

Meals

Parents and visitors are welcome to use the dining hall services during Family Weekend. There will be additional tented space available to help accommodate the additional visitors on campus. Lines are common this weekend, so please be patient with our amazing dining staff.

Transportation support

Please note that we have transportation available after Family Weekend from Boston’s Logan airport back to campus.
