Outdoor Challenge

A group-oriented, teambuilding program for those who want to be active in the outdoors. Activities may include, hiking, canoeing, cycling, ropes challenges, obstacle activities, outdoor survival education, camping skills and orienteering.

Indoor Cycling

This course is designed to increase muscle strength and improve cardiovascular endurance using state-of-the-art bikes.

American Red Cross Lifeguarding

The American Red Cross Lifeguarding course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.
