Choose your sport.

We promote health and fitness through diverse physical activities, including competitive teams, sports training, fitness and yoga instruction, dance and more. We focus on cooperative effort and fair play.

Compete in baseball, basketball, crew, cross country, cycling, field hockey, football, golf, ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, squash, swimming/diving, tennis, track, volleyball, water polo and wrestling. Interscholastic teams typically meet six days per week, with contests Wednesday and Saturday.
