Our registered dietitian, Tina Fallon, supports our students in a compassionate, non-judgmental way. She works closely with the health center, counseling teams and dining services to provide individualized nutrition care.
Nutrition Services supports students by offering medical nutrition therapy through confidential and personalized nutrition counseling. Students may see the dietitian for many reasons, including general nutrition and wellness, food allergies or other dietary restrictions, sports nutrition and more. Fallon is also a board-certified sports dietitian and works with teams, individual athletes and the Athletic Training team to ensure our athletes are fueling to maximize performance.
You can often find Nutrition Services providing recovery smoothies outside of the fitness centers, in the dining halls hosting fun food events like Make Your Own Grain Bowls or Make Your Own Smoothie Bowls or in the dorms offering nutritional cooking classes.
