Xbox One:
- Turn on your console with no disc in the tray.
- When the user interface appears, select Settings.
- On the Settings screen, select Network.
- When the Network screen appears, the MAC address information will be located on the right side of the screen. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Playstation 4:
- On the Main Menu, scroll to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and select Network.
- Scroll and select View Connection Status.
- On this new screen, towards the bottom, the MAC address is listed for both Wi-fi and Ethernet. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Wii U:
- On the Wii U Main Menu, select System Settings.
- Select Internet.
- Select View MAC Address. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Xbox 360:
- Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select Edit Settings.
- Select Additional Settings.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Select Wireless Information. Your MAC address will be listed on this screen. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Amazon Echo:
- In the Alexa app, open the left navigation panel and then select Settings.
- Select your device and then select Update Wi-Fi. OR if you’re adding a new device to your account, select Set up a new device instead.
- On your Echo device, press and hold the Action button until the light ring changes to orange. Your mobile device will then connect to your Echo device.
- Select any WI-FI network and scroll down on the screen until you see the MAC address. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Google Home
- Connect your Google Home using Bluetooth.
- Once connected begin the process to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Pick the room you are setting up Google Home in.
- On the screen that says Connect to Wi-Fi, click on the three vertical dots at the top-right corner and click Show MAC Address. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.
Internet Enabled TV:
Due to the large number of internet enabled TVs, please refer to your TV’s manual, the manufacturers website and/or search Google for instructions on how to locate your brand/model’s MAC address.
Video Device (Apple TV, Roku, etc.):
