After a fall season that was filled with top performances and much success, Exeter’s varsity coaches have announced individual award winners for the 2019 season.

The student-athletes chosen are recognized for their skill, their leadership and their dedication to their respective teams, and the decisions for our coaches gets more difficult each year because of the many talented athletes that fit the criteria.

Big Red also saw an abundance of success at the team level, as three programs brought home New England hardware. The girls varsity volleyball team finished with a 20-0 record and a Class A title. On the cross-country trails, Exeter led the pack, as both girls and boys teams captured Interschol titles. The girls cross country team won its second straight championship; the boys team claimed its sixth title in the last 10 years.

Other highlights included the boys water polo team once again reaching the championship game and the boys soccer team winning 11 games, including a 6-0-2 finish as it pushed for a playoff spot.

Congratulations to all of our student-athletes and coaches, and thank you to the families, friends and fans who supported Big Red throughout the season.
