Twelve members of the boys varsity lacrosse team have been recognized with post-season awards following an outstanding 15-3 season that culminated in a 12-10 victory over Andover last Saturday.

Senior Tamer Sullivan headlined the group as he garnered All-American honors from US Lacrosse in addition to being one of 12 Big Red players to earn Eastern New England All Region honors. Sullivan was one of just six players from the New England Region to earn All-American Status.

Jack Pimental, Will Spangenberg, Connor Cinquegrana, Bradley Ingersoll, Kevin Lyskawa, Andrew McGurrin, Matthew McShea, Mac Perry, AJ Bravo, Danny Flynn and Austin Scronce all joined Sullivan on the Eastern New England All Region honors.

“This group of players led us to a terrific season through hard work, skill and dedication,” says head coach Bill Glennon. “The midfield group was as strong and deep as any team in recent memory, led by faceoff midfielder Matt McShea, Bradley Ingersoll and Connor Cinquegrana. Senior captains Tamer Sullivan and Mac Perry at LSM were as stingy as ever while Will Spangenberg quarterbacked an offense that averaged 12 points per game. We had a great group of seniors as well as a strong core of uppers — headlined by Jack Pimental, Andrew McGurrin, Kevin Lyskawa and AJ Bravo — who will all serve as captains and give us a great foundation to build on next season.”
