Pam was appointed to the Exeter faculty in 1997 after working for eight years on the Board of Admission at Wellesley College. While at Wellesley, she was the leader of recruitment and evaluation for the Board of Admission's third-largest region. At Exeter, Pam has served as a faculty member to both New England Association for College Admission Counseling’s Summer Institute and the Advanced Secondary School Counselor Summer Institute, two professional mentoring programs that bring together new and seasoned professionals to learn and to collaborate on issues of adolescent development and access to higher education. From 2013 to 2015, Pam was an assembly delegate for the New England region of the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC), and she has served on the NEACAC Governing Board and Nominating Committee. Pam is also a member of Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools and Eastern Independent Secondary School College Admissions Personnel. She holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.Ed. from Boston College.
In addition to her work as a college counselor, Pam advises day students, serves on the Academy’s Admissions Committee and assists with Exeter Social Service Organization efforts. Pam and her husband, Kevin, reside off campus and have two sons, Will and Tom ’16.
