Biography

A veteran Spanish teacher with 25 years of experience, Mr.Amparan arrived at Exeter by way of the John Dubiski Career High School in Grand Prairie, Texas, where he worked for eight years, serving as department chair for two. Mr. Amparan developed and implemented the school’s Spanish Credit by Exam program and is a reader for the AP College Board. Earlier in his career, he taught bilingual courses at the James Bonham Elementary School. Fluent in a variety of Spanish dialects, he has traveled, studied and lived extensively across Spain, Mexico, and Central and South America.
