How to Apply for Financial Aid

This year Exeter has allocated over $15 million in financial assistance to 482 students and their families. This assistance is need-based.

Guidelines

  • Families who anticipate needing financial aid at any time during their child's career at Exeter should apply for aid at the time of the admissions application.
  • It is not possible for Exeter to consider requests for financial assistance after admission decisions are made.
  • Students who apply for financial aid may be in a more competitive situation for admission to Exeter.
  • Financial aid is available primarily to United States and Canadian citizens.
  • International students are eligible to receive financial aid.  However, Exeter has limited funds available for this purpose.
